If they posted the non receipt letter first class that would help but they never do. What lame excuse did they give for not being able to get the letter to you quicker than 22 December, that really is a joke. Yet another example of their customer service getting worse.

I have never liked the look of their diamonds. There are only ever clusters that look like the bits that get swept up at the end of the day. Very few solitaires.

£211 - its only fake diamonds and silver. Noticed a lot of silver eeek is quite expensive lately and TOva's range is IMO overpriced. If I had a really posh do to go to I would buy it and then send it back within 30 days!!
