Probably all the broadcasts. Very often when a spelling mistake occurs it remains unchanged. Even on the same item on multiple different occasions.

I doubt if they know or care TBH. I don't think they monitor any of the output of the broadcast. Probably all sat around on their phones waiting for the shift to be over and done.
