Did anyone else buy this? I have to say the case looks fine but the rings on the "hardware" look cheap and nasty and I must say I am a bit disappointed with LD

So you need to get at least £40 credit or else its not worth it. Its ok if you dont mind having the french or the bold ie the opp of what you ordered but I dont want the french as I wont use them Maybe its just that RCM cant make enough new product to send the replacement colours out to everyone...

I havent used any of mine but think I will just return for full refund they have had our money for almost 3 weeks now :cash: How much does it cost to buy the 3 colours seperately surely the credit would need to cover the 3 colours because I dont want the french colours so would be out of...

Its showing no longer available so you cant buy just now but you could have earlier. I like the decleor balms but my acne rosacea skin prefers Elemis and LE although I think I have heard Fiona mention in the past that prolagene is good for redness? but will probably give this a miss

I phoned QVC last night as my replacement colours hadnt turned up and was told I should get them in the next day or two she was going to check it out and would phone me if there was a problem I asked about the 30day MBG and she said she would put a note on my account so I had up till the 12th...

Is this really the TSV?? Although I like the colours pretty boring for a TSV will have to be a really good price for me to be persuaded to buy

I havent received a letter, email or anything but when I phoned when I received the wrong colours I phoned and the man said I should get the replacement colours by 8th March but I am not holding out much hope atm

I think I will probably get this Havent checked my stock pile but use PCMC and Pro Radiance every day which is probably about the price of the kit and am using PC night cream just now as well

I phoned them when I got the french instead of bold and was told the correct colours would be sent out direct and I should receive them by 8th March but I never got a phone call email or anything so I hope I do get the bold. I havent tried it yet as I dont want the french but I do worry about...

Well I have just received mine and I got the french set (well 2 bottles, beige and white no pink) and I ordered the Bold So even if I get the Bold now I will miss out on the pink one of the french set :headbang: Away to phone QVC to see what they say
