I like Natalia as she usually presents in a calm way. Gives good information on products. The only time she grates on me is when she has Richard on. She turns into a shrieking girly fan. Most odd.

I watched some of Angeline's shows today. I found her informative, chatty, lots of humour and a pleasure to listen and watch. She did a six hour stint and ended on a lovely note.

I ordered a few handbag sprays. Ones I have not tried before. I do like this range. Some perfumes more than others. Like @donna255 I simply adored Suffolk lavender. It was unique and a one off. They emailed me and a does for feedback. The site to navigate is unbearable. I said as much.

Yes thanks, I realise who they are linked to. I am also aware that you do not like the old IW. I like both. Have ordered In the past and present and not been let down. I find their customer service responsive and pricing and pp competitive. I am pleased they are back.

Personally I don't think they should read out people's names. Gemporia do it all the time. I think TJC do it as well. I am not sure if you can opt out. I also don't know if they are allowed to read out your name without your permission .

Yes I do the same. I always now check. Taking into account delivery times, pp, when I want the item. As consumers we need to be more savvy. It's up to us to check and not take at face value what we are being told.
