Distance selling regs means you can get your outward postage included in your refund - not necessarily free postage to return it. It’s a completely separate thing to the QVC MBG, which does mean you can wear it or do what you like with it but you’re responsible for paying postage to return it...

I bought that one a fortnight ago - it is sitting in my kitchen right now looking at me. It works well and makes delicious ice cream - in fact I’ve just got some brownies in the oven so we can have some this evening with homemade vanilla ice cream. Keeper. 👍🏽

If you use a Firestick (i think you said in the OP that you use one) you can download a Freeview app onto that). You may be able to view QVC that way.
