It's been constantly between 30-32 here over the past couple of days & also during the night and even today (5.30pm) it's still showing as 30, so much for it being in the 20s, it ain't here! I can't stand it, I'm beginning to feel ill through lack of sleep.

I thought it was only me that noticed the slow talking she's started doing. Talk about opposite ends of the scale, Jill with her drawling and Ophelia like a steam train with her talking. If they're her husband's glasses while she's not wearing contacts, how come she can see ok out of them ok...

Yes I've got Osteoarthritis in my hip, due for a hip replacement in August. I wish they'd cover things like that which, as you say, is more common as you get older.

No other presenter talks as fast as she does, I find I can't understand some of what she says because of this. She says 'absolutely' quite a bit too but it comes out as 'absuly' because she's rushing her words.
