I’m the opposite way round! I use a cleansing balm in the morning and micellar at night. I’m probably doing it the wrong way given all the comments posted, but it seems to work OK for me. 😀

I bought some Matis creams from allbeauty at a ridiculously cheap price, and liked them. However, I think they were there as a result of a rebrand because the prices have shot up and the ones I used seemed to disappear. So I doubt I’ll be buying again.

I like the body lotion, and the hand lotion is fine for daytime use. I don’t find them anywhere near moisturising enough for overnight use. My favourite night one was Loccy Shea. I may end up going back to that. I’m currently trying Sukin which I don’t rate at all, far too thin.

I would do a skin test on my arm or behind the ear before applying to my face but if there’s no reaction, should be OK. I don’t remember to check use by dates on skincare so unless it smells off or looks peculiar, I wouldn’t know anyway.
