Paul Becque has left the building

Didn't see him lasting much longer after retiring from screen to focus on being Channel Manager of Price Drop. Did notice on LinkedIn a few weeks ago he was inquiring about a cruise line job so perhaps going back to his roots.

Vicki Browne... never one to be dramatic eh!

    Peter Simon

Is it as bad as last night when all you could hear were the rowdy crew laughing through most of his shift...

So when is Argos TV closing?

Ten's of thousands of products in their catalogue yet the same handful always on screen. What's with their obsession with washing machines and dryers? Couple that with some pretty awful presenters plus a very badly lit studio.

She's been on an awful lot lately, she must be selling...

Peter Sherlock talking a load of rubbish again

He worked as a sales girl on a perfume concession in Harrods how many years ago? Now he thinks that makes him some kind of expert...

    Ahhh Peter Simon!

He had a pop (jokingly) at the slow director... told her to keep up as there is a decission to be made on Wednesday. From the way he and everyone behind the cameras laughed, it came across like they know something was happening. He then said "your not multiskilled either". A couple of minutes...

    Ahhh Peter Simon!

I wonder what is cracking off on Wednesday at Bid Towers, sounds like job losses from what Peter was saying just now.

    Ho.. ho.. NO!

More concerning that all this... where is Peter Simon? Mark should be on Price Drop but the Brashanator is covering him.

Camera Shots on Price Drop ATM

Are they actually trying to sell products or sell the studio cameras & flash clearance T-Shirts that they keep showing? :dull:

    Alan Miller on live now

I liked Rocks & Co. in recent years for not using the left over presenters from other channels, seems times have changed...

How old are you out of interest?

    The Cruise Show

Quite disgusting that they are charging a £25 booking fee per cabin - neither of the other 2 cruise TV shows charge a booking fee, I wonder if that is Bid TV's phone charge / postage claim back! Edit: Isn't it funny that on the Cruise Specialists website they have a freephone number and there...

    Lee Clarke?

Looks like he's here to stay, happened to catch his first show last week on Ideal World, and tonight he's on The Deal Channel. Always thought he was a little out of place at Gems TV (same as Jim Brooman) - usually Stevie Bennett prefers his home grown talent (or lack of).

    St.Peter Simon's dying wish

What is that pesky thing beneath his bottom lip - a spot, wart or STI?

    Q Buster

Ever since it launched, I've heard it's not working more than it actually working... come on Steve get your wallet out and sort it you tight ***!

    Past Bargains

Satin Bedding bought from Speed Auction for around a fiver plus the usual extras - almost 2 years ago, isn't looking (as I do wash it!) it's age at all and still has all its buttons in tact. Set of 4 ice cream cone style dishes for a few quid - almost a year ago, very happy!

    Speed Auction

As I've said before - they'd have paid a premium to be on Freeview before Christmas, with it being their busiest period of the year it was probably worth it but look at Bid & Price Drop, they're not selling a great deal after Christmas and that's with a Freeview slot. So probably doesn't make a...

    Free P+P Today & £10 voucher

That REALLY cheap looking cutlery set which usually goes for £1 is at £8.40 and flying out... I wouldn't pay £1 with FREE postage for it let alone £8.40 - but it does look like viewers don't mind paying more on the price over the postage.
