Yes there should be an alternative. I was waking up every night to have a wee presumably because of sensitivity. Now with estradiol pessaries I don’t. Kept getting UTI’s once again having not had them for years. I take cranberry tablets as well.

Soltan is the best brand for me. Only time I’ve been caught out is if I’ve missed a patch. Nivea ok, just nowhere near my legs. It actually looked more like a chemical reaction the more I think about it.

Dryness after a certain age is associated with menopause. A trip to the GP helped mine not some overpriced lotus flower. 🤪

Whatever you do avoid Nivea . No problem using it generally but I usually use Soltan and didn’t on one occasion in Gran Canaria. My god my legs were horrible. I’ve heard some similar bad experiences as well.

I like the hand products, now the Body Shop has disappeared there’s no alternative to the Shea butter. I like the Aldi dupe but it only comes in one fragrance. Aesop do a lovely range for an alternative.

300 ml isn’t a supersize when you consider how many times they advise you to apply it during the day. The only products that I’ll buy from this range are for the scalp and face. Otherwise I may as well just chuck my money away.

Pink one is nice, but it’s completely unsuitable for me. I’m a cross body or shoulder bag kind of person. A smaller grab bag would have been better.

I like certain products, the collagen and vitamin E gel and buy them. So like with other brands I cherry pick what works for me.

Bottle of fem fresh does the trick. Unless you’ve got plenty of spare cash .

If I hadn’t wrecked my big toenails breaking in a pair of new Doc Martens these would be quite tempting. A sub ungal haematoma unfortunately is going to take months to grow out. Might need to buy some ugly clogs to hide them . 🤢

That’s what I do . But in a college with a tough entrance requirement. 😬 Todger’s engraved into desks in one of the rooms the parents go into on open evenings. I thought I’d left them behind once I quit nursing but they follow me around. Nursing, cleaning , todgers don’t discriminate.

I got the supersize overnight face mask which is decent enough. Not tempted by anything else though.

A jar of collagen gummies from Starpowa on subscription is 20 quid . Probably got better reviews as well.
