Steve originally set up the company in 2004, then sold it in 2006. He bought it back a couple of years later. I'm not sure if Angeline & Nick were involved since 2004, but they have been with Gemporia since Steve regained ownership.

Nick Davies is Sarah Bennett's brother and is married to Angeline. Sarah is Steve's wife. Sarah Bennett, Steve's wife, is Nick Davies' sister.

Angeline was there at the start, when Steve Bennett set up the company, so if she's not knowledgeable by now, she never will be! Being Steve's sister-in-law, she probably has a financial interest too.
