If you're using Freeview, the picture quality has nothing at all to do with the TV Channel itself, it's to do with how many channels are sharing that particular frequency. A channel can be added and the other ones have to accept that their picture quality will go down in order to accommodate...

I think a computer's doing this. It's shoddy, though. They get halfway through a sell, and, jingle! Up pops something else. You wouldn't get that on Ideal World, even.

That's not true, the first payment is adjusted for the odd pennies; you always end up paying the purchase price either way. I should know, i've tried! :) It's just that they decide to set the price so it doesn't divide up equally. Confusing, I know!
