Why would QVC not want people to get samples? I don't understand that. Surely some people are going to try something really like it & become a customer?

Having seen that I'm very very tempted to cancel the Sep auto drop & buy that instead. I'd love to try the foundation & I really like that brush. I also prefer that mascara & the other drop goes back to the plain mascara. I'm happy with the brown eyeshadow pallets. I wonder what the lipstick...

I use the new one - the porefessional, it's large too, 50mls.

Ive got some, but I rarely use it. It "seems" so harsh. There is no moisturising to it, it stings like mad if you have a pimple or anything - not that I often do, but it doesn't seem kind.

Holy grail is a common term meaning that you've found the ultimate of something - your ultimate. I'm still looking for my holy grail mascara. Perhaps expand your conversation vocabulary a bit more before you respond :-)
