Hi everyone I returned my Diamonique cockatail ring 10 days ago and it's still not showing returned on my account. I know their FAQs says returns can take up to 21 days to be processed. Has anyone found it to actually take this long? I want my refund! :dull:

I think the TSVs are usually made cheaply to sell high volumes so I usually avoid them (apart from the last watch which I love but changed the strap). I bought just the one thing at the weekend - champagne glass brooch. I've rarely had a quality issue with B&W and I think it's beautifully...

Mine arrived today and I'm wearing it now. Can't decide about sending it back, I agree it is quite a bright pink and is not a bit real looking but it is quite sparkly. If I do send it back I will be doing it quickly to get my P&P refunded too! I've never tried that before ....
