It isn't actually MY money. GTV are picking up the bill for a faulty bracelet. I just can't understand why Outwork hung onto it for a couple of weeks, then returned it - with the missing stone. The whole thing is pure hassle. Long story. I've had an identical bracelet before. Same problem...

GTV are doing what they HAVE to do, that is all. They are not doing what they could/should do. I would still consult Trading Standards. Certainly the P&P should be paid, but I would find their views on gifts interesting. Meggie

Sorry Graham, But I disagree with you. GTV should, at the very least, offer to refund the original P&P. That is where I think Trading Standards would come in. Meggie

I have several pieces, in both yellow & white gold. The yellow gold brings out the yellow side, while, when I've worn the white, friends have thought I was wearing diamonds! I think zultanite is a wonderful stone that you can wear with anything. Meggie

Same thing's just happened to me - but with a pair of earrings. I like them, but don't want the plating to wear off, so will be returning them. Meggie (PS I'm the the first Meggie, but they gave my name away when they had the problem. I note I'm now a junior member too!!!!!)
