A similar thing happenned to a friend of mine. She rang CS to tell tham that the "lost" parcel had turned up, the person she spoke to at CS basically said "we've never had this conversation" & put the phone down on her. She was quite happy....

MIne arrived Friday. Despite the excellent packaging, the bath/shower gel had leaked on the gift box & was a bit of a sticky mess, :33: but I''ve managed to wipe everything clean & not a lot of the contents was lost. I emailed QVC about it & they've agreed to refund my P&P as a goodwill...

Mine has been shipped today too - at last! Feels like I ordered it weeks ago......

Just checked my order status & I'm still "In Process" too. :31:

That's what I did too. Have spent a fortue in their sale this week but got lots for it! :)

It shouldn't be available now that's what makes it more exciting! It's just that the clever poeple on here have a knack of finding the TSV details out. Normally QVc have cottoned onto this & have taken the details away again by now!

It's quite nice, but not for me. There's no room for it on my hearth plus the OH would have a fit if I produced that out of a box :eek:

Mine has arrived too - lovely postie had stashed it away for me to find when I arrived home from work. I'm pleased with it - think the bags lovely. Glad I took the plunge & bought it.

I'll miss the Christmas TSV too - it has always been my little Christmas prezzie for myself..... :(

I've got a L'occitane reed diffuser thingy & that smells lovely in my bathroom. But I've had cheaper ones from Dunlem MIll & they've worked fine too...

I had an email this week about the Christmas megapack being released tomorrow but not about this.....:confused:
