I have ordered from LE direct and sent stuff back if I didn't like it - tried nail varnish - and it was way cheaper than QVC. Just emailed them saying I was disappointed and they sent me a prepaid label. Mind you, that was more of a one-off so not quite like QVC but still useful to know.

L'occitane pure Shea butter is very good on sensitive skin too. You only need the tiniest bit but make sure it is the 100% Shea in a tin. I use it on all parts of my face and body when needed and have very sensitive skin. SBC propitious gets a vote as well.

I was disappointed by this tsv for crimbo. Would have thought they would have done one with choices for skin types and perhaps half a dozen items, even in smaller sizes, for this time of year. Reckon people might try the range more, not to mention be able to gift more items to the bin...

I've had quite a few bits of Decleor from cheapsmells and they have always been the genuine article and well delivered. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from them anytime.
