I got this set from Liz Earle's website last year and I absolutely love the hanging wash bag, it makes a fantastic toiletries bag when travelling with 2 separately zipped large compartments and a small flat zipped compartment at the top. Tempted to get the OTO just to have a spare bag!

I've had this happen twice, charged for them and not included both times customer services sent the chain on when I emailed.

I have the Colonial reeds and to be honest when they are finished I won't be buying anymore. Much prefer candles or tarts as you can actually smell them, I find that to smell the reeds I have to put my nose near enough on the reeds themselves. Very disappointed.

Rarely buy off QVC anymore, overpriced at lot of the time and postage totally unreasonable. If they only applied one lot of postage per order it would be much better.

Thanks Meeshoo. I've measured the Karma charm hole and that's 5mm and bracelet 3mm but I get 4mm on the widest part of the chain clasp (entry bit), this clasp was what stopped the other charms that I tried in the shop from going on the chain. So it is hopeful that these lovingthatbead...
