Best Purchase ever is the Trueform Sleeper Memory Foam Mattress Topper, it was on a TSV and is absolutely the best thing for me. Far better than the NN Feather Bed Mattress Topper which TBH Was a Pain in the Ar** :wave2:

Out of Common Sense and manners maybe, I have always contacted QVC if Items are on Cheque Hold and I found I didn't want them. I have never had a problem and have always had a polite/friendly response. It is the lack of response from you that seems to have brought this on.

I will not Order from IW, I sit on my hands and if I see anything that I like I go elsewhere to see if I can get the same or similar. Iw's delivery has always been hit and miss with me, as for their CS, I would say non-existant would be a start.
