And did you see the inner bezel jump around on one of the examples as they turned the crown to rotate it. I swear the fit was so poor that you could see the cog that turns the bezel at times through the gap between dial and bezel. Just don't see an ounce of quality in these watches😕 His dad is...

Blimey they fetch some money now😮 you could get a good one for less than £150, fifteen years or so, ago 🤫

Yes Sekonda's of old can be considered collectable. If I remember rightly there was a Sekonda dialled Strella, one of the most sought after Russian watches. The black cased one is a good looking watch, better than most IW ones, if a bit a Sinn 556 like. But an honest watch, tells you exactly...

Is that not the size of the case from top to bottom. Between the lugs being the strap width. As you say, Kev didn't know.🤔

Yes I nearly fell out of my chair when I heard that 🤣. James surpassed himself with this one and he takes some surpassing with the ridiculous links to the past to give these watches some form of heritage and credibility. 😯

And that's the Art Deco model as a Swan&Edgar so what's a tyre tread pattern strap got to do with art deco or any other part of the watch 🥴

She'd struggle to explain, with these watches, you need a stopwatch for a tachymeter to work. Pointless having one on a rotating bezel or non chronograph watch. Also one of the watches has half a slide rule bezel again pointless with out the other half, you rotate the bezel against to make the...

Yes loved this tale, the vintage Mathey Tissot seemed very typical of similar watches of the period sharing generic case and bezel. A nice enough chrono with a sort after movement but not really the same class as a Daytona. The re-edition case/bezel seems much the same, coming out of a parts...

Yes that's the one, like them👍 though I'd be boring and stick it on a NATO 🤫

Very diligent of you 👍 got some interesting pieces amongst them by the looks of it. Is that the Seagull 1963 chronograph's tin you have there? Quite like them as a proper Chinese watch. As oposed to IW 😀

Can't argue with that, makes sense. Yes they are big, to big for me🤔 wearing a Sinn 758 chrono at the moment and that has a plenty tall enough case for me, at about 12mm, on a 42mm case width.

My thoughts exactly 😎 About time they had a totally new model. A lot of them seem to be variations on the same theme these days. Why you would want a collection of many similar looking watches is beyond me. Each to their own I guess.

Yes they can be rough close up, and that second hand's still jumping about in macro glory 😎

Hear his dad designed watches for premiership teams and The Red Devils 🤔 Maybe we are missing something here, seems nearly every aspect of the watches, according to Mr Fields is very expensive to achieve. Those little things like a curved crystal, textured dial or curved or stepped case...

Anyone noticed the constant seconds sub dial hand kept stopping then jumping forward on the ox blood watch? Sorry can't remember the name🤔 but was apparently inspired by Indigo Jones 🤣

Steinhart Ocean 1? Unashamedly a Mathey Tissot Rolly knock off🤣 Can't blame any company paying homage to the Rolex Sub such an icon but to call your model a Rolly takes the piss.🤔
