Thats ok Mirabelle, it is not obvious at all that you can use other methods instead of speaking, i only found out when i used the 3 option, i thought you had to speak too at first. Gems perhaps should called it something different as voice recognition service is very misleading. :1:

Honestly Mirabelle, i used it earlier and didn't ahve to say a word. It asks you to say OR press a certain number into your keypad. so your last 4 digits, you just have to press those numbers on your phones keypad.

The 3 option does not require you to speak. There for Mirabelle can bid. hope this helps sort this out.

This is an excellent post Argeybargey. I myself have only witnessed the one incident, but from what has been said on here it does sound like some people are being cruel. I have not really been sold on rockstv yet, but, will try and watch again soon.

I am sorry Mirabelle, i didn't see rocks chat last night, in fact the last time i was on rockstv was when i first read the misunderstood comment. It seems clear to me now that you didn't mean any offense. I am sorry i can't comment more than that, as i haven't witnessed any of the other comments.

Perhaps you could try and be more careful how you word things in future Mirabelle, it is difficult to get accross what you mean on chat forums, but sometimes badly worded comments can cause offense. Thank you for explaining your meaning on here though.

Hi Mirabelle, i am a big gemstv fan, but last night watched rockstv for a bit, not sure about it yet! I read on the chat part you asked someone if they were disabled, and it read like an insult. Surely you should be a tad more understanding?

thanks cleopatra - sorry to hear you have had problems with gemstv. I phoned in for the one item, a tanzanite and diamond pendant, as there was only a quantity of 2 so no web bidding was allowed. the other 2 i web bid for - a white gold citrine pendant and a yellow gold ce zircon pendant.

both bargainhunter - i rang up for 1 as there was only a quantity of 2, so no web bidding was allowed, and i web bid for the others.

mine is my tanzaninte and diamond white gold pendant for £1 - the tanzy is a brill colour and its lovely.
