    Idea looks great, but postage charges seem to defeat the idea eg $29 to ship an item that weighs 200g and $72 for something weighing 2.5kg, dont think the savings will be that good at the end of the day. Or have I missed something here?

    On my last 3 returns, one was 10 days, next was 16 days and the next was over 6 weeks. This is only in the last 2 months. So sorry I cannot praise their return service

    qvc now only cover for 6 months but if there is a manufacturers warranty you still have cover. Bearing in mind when you bought t he item, give customer services a ring, they should be able to help with a replacement or refund for you.
