Thanks sooo much for the kind words on my video! When I posted it, I thought it wasn't my best etc, but I guess everyone finds faults in their own work. I do hope to fall into the TV presenting path once uni is finished, so it's really encouraging to hear you mention that aswell - seriously...

I think you've just been unlucky. Also, if you use Facebook, the team that run the fb page are also very helpful - my Mum recently had to chase up a refund, and it was quickly sorted :)

It's called earning a living! Seriously, your argument is pointless - many people outside of TV can work 7 days a week, for hours at a time, do you also have an issue with that in that they too should only say, work 1 day a month?!!
