OPI Thank you for the details, I have ordered a couple of the items, as started my christmas shopping early this year.

IW Birkenstocks Dont normally flick over to IW, but saw they had Birkenstocks last night, my daughter fell in love with the lime green pair, so ordered them for her, cheaper that QVC at the moment, especially with no p & p, so bought my self a pair as well.

I have just phoned customer services, was checking my bank statement, regarding a faulty handbag I purchased, glad I did, as they had only credited the amount of the handbag, not the postage, rang cs, spoke to a lady who agreed the item was faulty, they are now processing the postage charges...

Afraid this one wont be for me either, I dont like Verbena either
