Tanzanite AAAA Ring Has Lost Its Vibrancy

Oh I have just remembered that I had to remove it last year for my MRI scan so that is once for every decade that we have been married, not too bad.

Tanzanite AAAA Ring Has Lost Its Vibrancy

I have taken my wedding ring of 3 times. Twice when I was expecting the Twirlettes and I was admitted to the hospital with pre eclampsia, my fingers were swollen. The 3rd time was in hospital again for a "ladies procedure". Unlike Mr Twirl who lost his original wedding ring while swimming in...

Mad Milo has just tried to chew through the cable of my hairdryer and the iron-while I was using it 🙄

Tanzanite AAAA Ring Has Lost Its Vibrancy

I have a Lady Di style Diamonique tanzanite ring and it is as beautiful as the day it arrived. I am so glad that I am not rich enough to afford the real thing as I would have been scrubbing the floor wearing it 😳

When we decided that we needed another cat, Millie had been gone 2 and a 1/2 years, we wanted a kitten. Boy are we glad that we didn't get one! They are a handful even though they are cute. Yeah alright, Milo is no angel, but he is litter trained, chipped and neutered all for £120 so I can't...

Huh ! Being Off Air Didn't Last Long

My Mum had Acker Bilk Stranger On The Shore. She also had a yapping toy OE sheepdog on the coffin and the funeral director had instructions that it had to be constantly yapping on her journey to the crematorium 😖

Huh ! Being Off Air Didn't Last Long

I have always said that I would like Nimrod at my funeral, and David Essex On and On.

I don't find any forays into shops a pleasant experience nowadays. The masks, social distancing and general atmosphere is just not enjoyable. I am back to opticians tomorrow for further investigations and I am dreading it, not just the procedure.

    Garden Day TSV 14/03/21

Mr Twirl used to use Cheshunt Compound, (I think), to prevent this but I seem to remember it being unavailable now.

Laura Geller TSV - Beauty Day 25/4/21

I had one of the eyeshadows in a TSV a few years ago. Said that it could be used wet or dry so I thought that I would use it wet as a liner. Didn't go on very well and after that the whole thing seemed to have a coating on it so that I could never get any colour off of it so I couldn't recommend...

    £60 for a Marley Wynne Scarf ????

There is a tool in the Specsavers website where you can take a 3D image of yourself and try glasses on which was quite helpful although I think it was faulty as I looked much older and the image of my Nanna! 😄

    £60 for a Marley Wynne Scarf ????

We had our eyes tested at Specsavers yesterday. All very covid compliant I must say. We were handed a tray so that any frames we tried on were put in it to be cleaned before they were put back on display. Unfortunately I could have done with 3 trays as I couldn't decide. Why don't they seem to...

When young Twirlette got married her new husband trod on her beautiful dress with his size 12 feet so I can relate to this! 😄

We have 2 empty houses next to us that each has 6ft fences but the foxes have dug runways under them. One of the fences is leaning precariously. The local cats use the runways too, in fact I saw Milo, 🙄, sitting in the hole with just his head peeping out it is that deep!

Someone that works with young Twirlette fosters baby foxes. When she gets her next batch the grandsons are going to visit them - covid permitting. Wouldn't be surprised if the eldest one doesn't try to smuggle one home 🤭

I never saw them until I moved here. We are much nearer to the town compared to where I used to live as well. We used to get hedgehogs living under Grandads shed when we were little and Mum used to put on Dads motorbike gloves to pick one up to show us. They were crawling alive with fleas...

    Stockpiling...

We have a family of foxes that live in the overgrown garden next door that we feed. When we had Charlie I signed him up for that Tails.com food service but he didn't like it. Even the foxes wouldn't eat it so I wondered if they were discerning eaters like Charlie or it really was that bad! 😄
