Lori Greiner TSV - Any ideas?

this TSV is going to be on a buy more pay more option or something...the first item is £10.99, but then each subsequent item is £7.99!!! Also, thankfully, QVC's annoying policy of each item has to be the exactly the same choice to qualify for reduced P&P does not apply here - half price P&P...

Monster Floor Mop Steamer - any good?

i am a bit of a germaphobe but want to avoid using chemicals as much as possible so i got into steam cleaning a while back...started off with a mop off QVC and have since gone on to get a domotec. i have found the qvc products seem to do all that they are supposed to on the demos but they never...

    Dawn Bibby Twitter Tweets!

gosh...i kind of feel for her...although she comes across as a bit prickly, it is clear that she is hurting and in a bit of a bad place at the moment. hope she is okay and gets things sorted soon...but i do think that it would be a good move for her to stop social networking at the moment, or...

    Beauty Claims - For You

I have found PCMC works for me but I am totally on board with the sentiment behind this thread as I think QVC are not that great when it comes to giving a full picture of a product (which is mad when you consider the massive opportunity they have with an on-air presentation - most beauty...

    ad skin synergy or a'kin?

i used to use AD skin synergy range and it is the product that made me convinced that "natural" products can and do work. I have since fallen in love with the A'kin range and feel it is an affordable and very very hard working range. I found AD skin synergy was good for dealing with breakouts...

    The Alison Young Ring

no sign of this ring yet...i am starting to wonder if it is ever going to be sent out!

What on earth are you supposed to believe?

I think so! I would make sure you leave a few minutes fo allow serums etc to sink in fully and then use as much as you can of the product you are using for protection without it leaving a white residue etc. The product will work for as long before it is removed because through sweat or...

What on earth are you supposed to believe?

i suspect as with most of what is said on shopping channels, there is a grain of truth that is then manipulated and twisted into something not fully untrue but slightly misleading, all the same. i am not a skin or sun protection expert so forgive me if this is totally incorrect, but i think...

Are QVC breaking the refund rules under Distance Selling Regs?

QVC breaking the law with delivery charges? Hi everyone! The BBC has recently carried out an investigation which indicates that a number of retailers are breaking the law when it comes to failing to refund delivery charges. All retailers should be refunding delivery charges of goods returned...

    Anyone going for the mitts?

i have gone for them...i have a set i bought ages ago in House of Fraser but were half silicone, half cotton and they have started to fall apart...I think the QVC ones look much thinner than mine but they have lasted ages and are great...and can open bottles and jars because of the grip!

    Are QVC discontinuing A'kin???

I love A'kin products...it is one of my finds thanks to ST.com (and in particular Love A'Kin who helped with her reviews and recommendations). It is a gorgeous range and anyone nervous of a new range who has not tried it yet, I really recommend giving it a go...as for QVC, if they drop the...

    Liz Earle - suspiciously smooth?

Liz looks fabulous, and while she always does, she is definitely looking like she has had a little extra help. Personally, I think she would be very happy to indulge in botox or a more invasive procedure. Her eyes are looking considerably improved...

    Sazza and SCW

A huge and heartfelt thanks from me too...This forum and the deals that SCW and Sazza find have helped me break my QVC habit...I rarely switch the channel on now, and have much more time to decide to purchase. So, thank-you from me for all your efforts and great finds!!!!

    Diamonique Day 24th June

i am posting this to purge my soul...or in the hope that shame will prevent me from purchasing anymore... i have ordered the alison young ring...(still not 100% sure about it though...think it may look a little cluttered on my little fingers...) a charlie lapson ring (i had my eye on this for...

Shiseido to retail on QVC from August

I have used Shiseido in the past, but I was not that taken with it as a brand. It has great marketing and I loved the theory behind a lot of the products but I do not think it that effective, but I may have just been unlucky, I guess!

Why Smashbox sell 'exclusively' on QVC?

Thank-you for this thread. I agree that it is so difficult to decide how and where to spend your money as often it appears that everyone is as bad as each other. I have found myself moving more and more towards "greener" products which I feel tend to be more fairly priced and have more ethical...

EasiYo - as tasty as everyone says or as horrid as it looks?

i loved the mango flavour (it was only available from lakeland) but stopped making it as i have tried to cut out all refined sugar...that said, i would highly recommend it....if you have any trouble getting it to set, then do consider an electric yogurt maker which i found made the whole process...
