I paid £139 and think today was only the 2nd time on air. Yes the diamonds are pants but they are so small they don't ruin the ring, my spinel is just slightly paler than the photo but a lovely sort of lavender purple colour, totaly flawless (with a loupe) and a wonderful cut.

I am totally fed up with TJC delivery I always pay double for fast track so I can order 2 days before my day off so I can sign for my items, a few weeks ago they weren't dispatched on time, then yesterday another delivery was dispatched for Monday delivery (my day off) and it blooming came...

I only noticed it Thursday. If you choose what you want to pay from as low as £2 then surely everyone will just pay £2 so they may as well just price them at £2?

It varies from auction to auction but lately the web prices seem to be the same as one air prices, although if its a one to own with quantity it may be £100-£200 lower on air but you do have a 30 day price match.

I think TJC in general is shocking at the moment! I emailed the personal shopper on Tuesday morning about an item i wanted to purchase, still no reply and the item I wanted has just sold on air (just as I flicked on) :( I also emailed CS Monday 11.00am about an item in my basket, Guess what no...

I love Alexandrite, i'd love a larger certified stone wouldn't know where to look or who to trust lol I'll have to make do with what i've got for now ;)
