I got a lovely spinel and smoky quartz necklace (at least i hope it'll be lovely!) still at invoiced stage, but expected it t be abit slow as i am sure lots of people were grabbing the bargains. Fab day, i hope they do another one soon!

lol princess racer! well when i last looked was on about snow, not jewellery. also noticed more people making comments about items of jewellery they don't like when they are being auctioned.

very true kitten, jewellery info can be missed because of personal chat. I think the personal stuff would prob be a bit intimidating to newbies too. It is a shame when helpful info about how rocks works etc is missed

i agree cheyenne, it is often abit like a support group on chat, and seems to be the same people each time doing it. I do think that somethimes they forget that it is a shopping site they are on. i know people become friends on chat but there are so many other ways they can talk/communicate that...

Perhaps if other chatters ask personal questions about bereavments etc people could answer that they don't feel its appropriate to discuss it on chat, but that them for their kind thoughts and say they will msn them to discuss it, email or telephone them? That way, friends can still discuss...

just reading chat and people were on about pain and whether they are taking morphine or not! who wants that on a jewellery shopping channel? chat isn't the problem, its the fact people use in inproperly without considering others on the site.

i don't think rocks will be like other shopping channels without chat, it is different. for 1 its a family business, and the owners communicate with customers on this forum. You can email the owner and he'll actually reply! lots of differences to other channels IMO. I think the jewellery...

i think people voicing their probs is ok, as having your card charged twice etc is pretty darn bad! but your right princess racer, some of the people on there do seem to moan for ages! seems to be the same names popping up whenever i have a look on rockstv (no-one from here that i recognise)...
