Yes alot of the stuff they sell can be found in home bargains. Its about time they were made by law to mention the p&p charges not just put it in tiny writing on the top of the screen.

Tasi you are so right about PS saying 'You're getting this for less than we've paid ' of course we are not, and the duvet sets some are lovely but they are conning us with the P&P sorry I wont pay it.

Free p&p they don't do that very often. I might be tempted by a few craft items if they did.

My mother likes them. I bought her a nice scarf from Avon, (I wont order from IW) not a bad price.

To be honest I have cut back this Christmas, I got a bit fed up of spending a lot on people who probably earn alot more than me lol. I think we all over spend when we really shouldn't because Christmas should be about spending time with family (and eating lots of chocolates).

I always think of a stocking filler as something you'd buy for under a fiver, tenner at the most (unless you are Tiger Woods).

Johns gone to TJC? Its a shame for the ex gems tv presenters as probably out of a job. Times are really hard for most people in the UK, how on earth do r&co think that they will sell items for £1000+ they should be selling items that are cheaper.

This thread reminded me of the Golden Girls when Dorothy said to Blanch that your face lies better lying down than bending over as everything falls back. Blanch looked in the mirror and said she will always have sex now on her back. (words along them lines).

I totally agree the p&p charges are just plain stupid.
