Unfortunately, my last dealings with ebuyer demonstrated customer services on a par with Ideal World.

But would you even believe any 5 star reviews? I know I'd be sceptical.

It'll take them until Crristmas to deliver, then sort out the customer service problems.

Sadly, Ideal World never seem to realise, or care, that the more they push inadequate products like this the less consumers will trust any of their other offerings. And as for trusting the presenters that gush over these products...

I'm surprise they've either not attempted or been unable to sell this business. It's a product with a very good reputation.

At the risk of opening yet another can of worms, the OFT has recently won a court ruling against a gym management company, stating that long consumer contracts, (generally, those lasting more than 12 months) are unfair and unenforceable. I wonder if Win24 will be changing their contracts in line...
