Well it looks like another call to Javari in the morning, nobody's brought the parcels so maybe he threw them somewhere else? I don't think I can shop with Javari anymore because that's the only courier they use, it's a shame really as I can't fault them as a company.

If you are a private seller you have to refund in full everything the buyer paid you but they have to pay the return postage. Some sellers pay the return postage to save getting negative feedback.

Is she a business seller? if she is look at her terms and conditions. If she's private you'll have to pay the return postage and make sure you send it by a trackable method.
