I have had not issue leaving reviews, but half of them got rejected. No reason given and I did tgive them 5 stars?? I think it must be down to who approves them in Liverpool.

I did something similar about Microwave pans and said that the handle was badly designed, but the pots are very good. I also had this review rejected for "inappropriate content"? I think the reviews are heavily vetted.

Was ordering three items yesterday that came to £36.37p untill I seen that the postage in the shopping cart was £16.85 making the total £53.22p. Decided not to order.:angry:

I had the older one and it was a waste of time. Lots of issues about it only works in a microwave with a turntable and the size of it. These major points did not get a mention the last time it was on air and people found it would not fit in their ovens. Cannot be cleaned in a dishwasher...

I find that other companies have free P&P if the order is over £35 and the items are delivered the next day. Why can't QVC do the same?

Are the micro fibre cloths any good?? I have a Karcher one that looks the same, but is blue in clolour. I have always used terry cloths. A very good cleaning tool.

Ideal World never answer emails, the only way to get through to CS is to phone them. This was to be one of the issues that Mike Hancox was going to address when he took over, but never did. Today they are saying it is now 21 working days for delivery, so they will arrive in mid June and this...
