Gems tv are having a diamond clearance on Sunday from 7pm to 2am. Maybe the pink 'coated' diamonds will all get shifted then?

Thanks for that Oops, if I don't hear anything in a couple of days I will give them a reminder. I'm not going let let this drop. They sold me something that isn't what I thought it was, so I want a refund, and I'm never buying anything from GTV again after this. What a load of rubbish they are.

I bought a pink diamond ring from GTV in March 2009 and after reading this thread I emailed CS today telling them that I want to return it for a full refund, as it is coated. The response was that they are passing my email to their manager for further investigation and they will contact me...

Promotional Code for QVC Sale I received an email from QVC giving me a promotional code for the sale for 3 easy payment on a complete order (SALE09.) It expires at the end of Christmas Day. I'm not sure if anyone can use it, but it might be worth a try.

My last purchase was the Kipling TSV in twist blue. I'm now going to try and curb my spending and maybe join the FARTers. Looking at the TV schedule I don't think there will be anything to tempt me anyway, but you never know.

Mine is now showing as shipped. I'm also not in a rush, but I would have thought it would have been despatched sooner than this. I'm not impressed - pretty poor in my opinion.

I ordered the TSV in the blue twist. That's it for me now, I am going to join the FARTers.

I emailed QVC's CS today asking for a refund of my p&p for a faulty item. I asked for a pre-paid returns label which they sent, then they notified me of my refund and I noticed that it didn't include p&p, so I emailed and they have agreed to refund that too. I just have to keep an eye on them now.

Of course I will Loveheart, I do love the Kipling bags, but don't buy all the TSV's. I often step away from the TV and take a few breaths and say ...... do you really need it? Then I don't buy.....and I probably won't buy this one unless it says buy me, buy me!!:giggle:
