WARNING - using the voucher codes

It seems a ridiculous practice for them to process 2 transactions when it'd be much simpler just to take the discounted amount in the first place. I can't remember, but does TJC take payment upon receipt of the order, or when it is shipped?

    Could He Be More Miserable??

Poor Tony. I'm starting to feel really sorry for him now. Maybe he's miserable because he's away from home and missing his regular 'you-know-what'! :giggle:

    OMG look who's presenting now?

Hurrah! Now R&Co has 2 decent presenters. Funny that they're both men though!

    Who wanted an Emerald?

That's such a beautiful Emerald Sue. I'm hyperventilating! Your YG ring is being well looked after btw! I'd definitely recommend buying an Emerald from TJC Tia. It took me 2 years, but I eventually found my Colombian Emerald cut from this channel. I don't think the other channels come...

    Dare I say this...........?

Now, now young lady, we're going to have to have a serious talk! I just can't get enough - and the Fancy Sapphires are pretty good too! :lolwave:

Amazon Quart - What colour is it?

I'll let you know RR, I think I just bought one of these. Don't blame me, blame it on my hormones! :lolwave:

    Theme days

I've heard of people taking time off work for one of these theme days that particularly interests them, so I suppose for these people it's a day of heaven. Personally, I find them boring. The worst one for me is Christmas in July. It's so hard to get excited about Christmas when I'm still...

    Whats wrong with me?

:lolwave: Thanks for advice pg. However, I think my condition is so bad now, there's no hope for me at all!

    Could He Be More Miserable??

Maybe this is a trait of the moody Latin male! :giggle: He was quite smiley and happy Friday at 6 p.m. so he does have it in him!

Amazon Quart - What colour is it?

... and the windows were so bad, they looked even more washed out. I wonder where they had these cut - they were dire! I was expecting Santa Maria quality - what a disappointment.

    Neon Blue Apatite

Too bad the carat weights were on the small size, but the colour was amazing and the cuts looked good too. I bought a ring (fingers crossed, as it was on the web) just to see what it's like irl.

    Blocked web bidding?

I wish they'd sort this web bidding out once and for all. Every time I add something to my basket I immediately check it out. Even then I'm not sure whether I've got it or not until I get the despatch confirmation. It's a bit of a lottery and extremely frustrating. At least QVC give you half...

    Whats wrong with me?

I know what you mean gemcherub. I've bought the odd piece or two now and again but over the past few days I've managed to fill my basket to bursting! I hope you're happy with the TPs and DGs that you've ordered. Will you share your goodies when they arrive please? I missed the morning DG...

    Gift Vouchers please Rocks?

(Sorry if this has been metioned before, but I've not been around much lately.) I want to buy a birthday gift for a bling mad friend and not really knowing what she likes, I thought a gift voucher from Rocks would be ideal. I don't really want to write a cheque and I don't want to risk buying...

    Clogau Gold..worth the price?

I bought a few pieces because I loved the designs, they use a good weight of gold and as BC says, the workmanship is superb. However, the main reason why I wouldn't buy any more is that all of my pieces have discoloured over time and I haven't even worn them that much. Very disappointing...

    Spot the Difference!!

That's a very pretty ring Klos. I bet hubby is happy he bought it when the prices were good. I suppose only when people stop buying, will we see any change in their pricing structure. We're not being offered any discounts or any incentives to buy unlike GemsTV, so I guess they must be doing...

? for Gav - Shimoyo Treatments

I saw a totally gorgeous Shimoyo Rubellite ring last night and was thinking about calling today to order it, as it didn't appear to sell in the auction. I agree with Meeshoo, if it can't be guaranteed that you're going to get one of the 90% untreated stones, then I'd rather source one...

    Should I or shouldn't I....Rubellite

It's a great size at a great price sweetpea. It is on the dark side but I have a Rubellite ring that is similar in colour and I still love it because it has such great clarity and lots of sparkle. I'd get it home for a look. You may even find one or two more bits and bobs to add to your...

    Confessions of a Rubellite Fan!!!

No, no, no, you can't send it back Meesh. The ring and pendant belong together. I could take a couple of pieces off your hands - say your red diamond ring and colour change sapphire - just because I'm such a good friend! No? Oh well, it was worth a try ...:winksmilie:

    Alexandrite

Hi Klos I wonder if the price has been bumped up because of the larger diamond carat weight, as it does seem a bit on the expensive side for the size of the Alex? Just for a comparison I bought a 1 ct Alex with good colour change set into an 18k ring with 18 points of SI diamonds for £379. I...
