    yes, that is what it is all about Brissles. article in financial section of Telegraph today about Q, they have an annual turnover of £404 million, but does not say what the profit is. they employ over 1000 staff including Liverpool.

    No wonder they are not sending any more programme timetables, what an absolute turn off. I know they are there to make money not to entertain us, but there should be a law against this. I don't think about christmas till December, and even that is way to early for me! Haven't watched for...

    It must be doubly hard for the Q models who worked with her for years to have to keep smiling when their hearts must be in bits. I never met Amica or corresponded with her, but when you have watched someone on TV for close on 20 years you feel an affinity and I am deeply sad for her suffering...

    Returned a Kipling bag, fortunately recorded delivery, last Monday. Today Saturday still not showing as returned. it really is getting too much. no other company I deal with takes this long to deal with returns. I wish I could break the habit.

    Wwith all due respect Dibs, I don't think you can mention Lakeland and Q in the same breath. I read about their director dying of cancer in their catalogue I think, and it was warm and heartfelt. Lakeland is a family business run by people who care. not saying anything more.

    it so absolutely ain't! shows how little they think of the CONVENIENCE for their customers. They should think seriously about renaming the company - Quality - No; Value - No way; Conveninece - well, a little, but so are many other on line companies.
