I agree that for those of us who are able supporting local businesses should be encouraged, but as the OP posted that it was someone’s elderly mother who had ordered something in good faith. To say it serves her right if she has no turkey for Christmas seems a bit harsh.

Got my TSV and made a start yesterday on the tube if C&P. It’s very pretty and all that in it’s flowery tube, and said tube is a whopper, but it doesn’t really smell of anything? 🤷‍♀️

At our house we all have the Comfies, which are the original oversized hoodies - two blokes in America invented them and took them onto their version of dragons den - we got them about four years ago from Costco and we all still use them in the winter. Fab way to keep your heating costs down.

I’ve got a Samsung discount today too. Yawn. Yesterday was £1 off a tin of shortbread, day before was 20% of kitchenware and the day before that it was some toy thing, 2nd was 15% off cream liqueurs and the 1st was the chocolate footballs. 🤷‍♀️

Ooh I luuurve the neon amber, it’s gorgeous. 😮 Second of my two MB TSVs arrived just now and I’m happy with them both. Ginerlily and pink pepper are my least faves so they’ll go in the emergency present box. The rest are for me. 😁
