Oh I just looked at the villa....OMG the ocean view is spectacular, love it, I'm imagining myself sitting on the balcony eating breakfast, with a hunky man slave serving
What is the book, an autobiography?....the only way I would buy is if she dished the dirt on QVC behind the scenes, the tantrums, the back stabbling, aka Burly bear story style.
I'm suprised you all find skinny Minnie offensive, I thought it quite endearing. Is skinny a derogatory a word? I'd understand if I said skinny ninny....I'm genuinely asking, is slim or thin better? How about slim Jim?...thin lynn?....how about slender Glenda?
Nah skinny minnies isn't rude lol. It's a bug bear of mine when people quite often women (I'm talking in general, real life, media & online) make comments on women's bodies, too fat, too thin, kinda relentless, it's a shame, but I guess that's life.
I enjoy her shows, but would never buy her stuff, too expensive...good to get style ideas though, just do it cheaply, charity shops, sales etc, can be done, ironically to get that clean fresh, natural look, less is more.
I love Mulberry too, vintage ones are fab (built to last), 70's Gucci bags are divine, I love their retro Charlie girl feel. I don't have any LV, but love perusing their website (& laughing at the prices).
Oh interesting, in the past my QVC purchases have been put throught to quidco no problem. Do they give a reason for declining? Doesn't sound right, but maybe there's some small print somewhere where they can decline...did you return any items?
Oh I would love to see Tom Ford on QVC, but he would never devalue his brand flogging his wares on QVC. He's all about high end luxury...off to see some reviews of his stuff.
Have to agree with you Bags! Women come in all shapes and sizes, so DF doesn't confirm to a skinny minnie size 6, get over it peoples, stop being so catty.
I tuned in online to see the show, oh yikes, very bright garish colours, I kind of like the idea behind it but you have to art them in such a way that it's not twee, have some authenticity with a vintage, barefoot hippy chick feel, otherwise I agree with the posters here, just cheap looking...
