Why is our TKMaxx so rubbish? I have checked a few times when people have mentioned things on here and have never found anything. I'm sure we have all the cr*p that other TKMaxx stores reject!

If you like your beef rare then i would image 35mins would suffice. I did a 1.5kg joint yesterday in my fan oven at 180C. It had 1.5 hours covered with foil and final 25/30 mins uncovered and it was a touch pink in the middle! Hubby likes it well done so he had the end bits!!
