I really wouldn't be surprised if in a month or so they just started doing gardening pre-records, and then one day switch on and they're gone.

I haven't suggested that it's necessarily due to non payment, but it's strange how they now have gardening at least 3 hours per day which is direct dispatch, and they would be working on a deal principal instead of buying them from a supplier (I imagine craft with Alan and Barry is the same)...

I just think (and the current owners might be thinking the same) that if they were more honest it would get more customers back, but due to their situation, they can't waste time getting back on track as they will go bust in the process. If they got new owners, they could send emails and flyers...

The only way I can see them turning round is for the current owners of the company to sell up and for them to get a new owner and inject some money into the business to buy decent products and build up good reputation with the suppliers, but I can't see any company wanting to buy them out.

And if they have them with different expiry dates, I bet the call centre will use the one with the longest date so they have less time to use some of the ones which expire soon. This is if they ask the call centre to redeem the voucher!
