Why not make an ASA complaint? They have obviously been told something by them as many presenters are being careful, and it's starting to seep into the media. The more ASA complints now will make the situation worse for them.

I was just watching a Price-drop.tv clip from 2003, where they had a jewellery price promise. - If you buy a piece of jewellery from them and have it valued by Safeguard and they say it is worth less than the guide price, price drop would refund you the difference. Why don't they do that now...
