    Flexi Pay Problem

I respectfully disagree...I don't think it's that clean-cut! Too many reports of shody companies like IW treating customers like something they trod in for the courts to not listen to the customer's side. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

    Flexi Pay Problem

But...the OP never received any prior letter, email or phone call alerting her to the problem. Would the courts not take that into consideration for IW's Nazi style behaviour? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

    Flexi Pay Problem

Cases like this absolutely need to go to court. In my opinion, IW are a shower of **** company and their CS is non-existent! They need to know they cannot treat people like this...you know as well as I that there is no way on earth the court would rule in their favour! Sent from my iPad...

I never watch them...haven't done for years! I hate them with a passion! You really need to chill and get help, and I mean that most sincerely! The viciousness that you exude and project is palpable.

Oh Stephanie, how about you read a few posts above and you will see I said it is unacceptable to bring family members into the equation!!!! (post 28) I look forward to your apology!

Steve and PJ...don't waste your time...you cannot win with individuals like these - ultimately they will simply bring you down to their level!

Goodbye Stephanie...you have proven yourself to be a hypocritical odious individual who gets off on trolling forums projecting your vicious bile! May I suggest you seek some cognitive behaviour therapy?

Correct! Even though I think the sh1t-up channels are full of **** and lies, I agree that the family members of the ahem, presenters should never be brought into the equation! After all, the kids don't make their parents lie on TV!

    Ideal world customer service number

And the law says you dont have to be out of pocket, so you have a good chance of being entitled to your call costs! (under DSR of course) Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

you're gettin it for less than we paid for it

By law, you do NOT have to return them within the 7 days to get your P&P back, just notify the supplier. The fact that the sh1t-up channels offer 14 days is irrelevant in this instance - if they refuse, they break the law :) Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

No, Benny is correct. As long as you inform them within 7 days from the day after you receive the goods, you are entitled to your original P&P back by law. And, you don't even have to return them within that 7 day period...just inform them of your intention. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
