I think it just goes to show though that what some people think is nice stuff others find less so.
Same with QVC. Obviously many people do like buying clothes from them otherwise they would not waste expensive broadcasting time on it. Might not always be to our own particular taste but so...
I can't say I watch many of her presentations but I do know who the OP is referring to and TBH I don't think she is someone would intentionally wish to offend.

I've had these pies and they are excellent and genuinely filled to the brim. Postage is high though unless ordering a lot.
She was bought up in quite an affluent area on the south coast so I am sure she will be able to hold a knife and fork to the satisfaction of any raging snobs in her neighbourhood.
The jewellery trade for years was able to get away with massive mark ups, over 100%. When QVC first arrived the mark ups were lower as they could sell in volume and this ruffled feathers in the trade. The fine jewellery sold in the early days on QVC was not rubbish.
I bought quite a bit of jewellery when QVC was in its early days, they'd put the weight of the gold so you knew you were getting substantial pieces. Gems were good quality as well. Now it's no better than the stuff they sell in Argos.

Other than an extra large saucepan that I can batch cook in and a small two handled pan with lid that I can use on the stove or in the oven I got shot of all of mine years ago. Far too heavy for everyday use and even when cooking on a low heat everything stuck to the frying pan unless I...
I can see it being a potential problem for those who do not have access to the internet but information on cancelling an order has always been published on the QVC website.
Some people will have read that information or been aware of it by other means, some obviously not but if the information...
Sadly Richard Jackson is back for the day time shows.
David Ponton has been busy channelling his inner psychopath. First he was raging with murderous intent on slugs last night and this morning a lovely tale about how flamingo tongues are eaten in certain countries and then helpfully mentioned...
