I like HP but they have had duds. My phone is Samsung and I love it but a previous model they brought out had issues with some handsets catching fire! No brand is perfect. Back to QVC the SBC debacle with the eye serum pump dispenser that didn't work. Thousands sent out on a TSV but SBC took...
Watched a few minutes of a repeat show with the new drone man and he had the bleeding thing whizzing around the studio so fast it would have decapitated anyone that got in its way. Peter Simon was screeching at the top of his voice in either excitement or fear.
I do like google assistant on my Android phone and use apps that to me are useful and save time. I use the phone as an alarm and when it goes off I also get a live traffic update on the screen on my route into work so I know straight away if I need to leave earlier or take another route. I do...
There are few things more pointless than a winter garment without any fastening IMO. Stop being cheap, put a couple of fasteners on it and give people the option of wearing it done up or open. Or flapping wide open as usually happens.
I had some things I wanted to get last time, mainly garden stuff / equipment so qualified for a voucher and spent it on something else I wanted so it worked for me but I wont be buying anything to qualify this time around
I think this is a change to the terms from last time? I think easy pay...
Nothing says luxury skincare then likening it to a Bakewell tart but unless you saw the clip it's difficult to know whether they were arguing or not. They are all there to sell but compared to most of them Julia is pretty straight in what she says when it comes to product information.
That's the problem with liars and fantasists, after a while they can't remember what they've previously said and get caught out.
Having said that they can say what they like, I'm not paying £300 for a hairdryer.
I may go for the Almond because it is a shower gel and not sure if the Lavender foaming bath product would be suitable in the shower. Has anyone used it as a shower product?
Cherry Blossom is a bit sweet for me. I'm not a lover of lavender usually but in the L'Occitane range it's OK so will most probably get that one depending on price
Wish they'd bring back the vanilla and amber, they were lovely warm fragrances.
The way she talks is a bit odd at times, I put it down to her having a bit of a hybrid accent but yeah, maybe she's putting it on a bit on when she's got a well spoken guest on.
I'm not interested in her enough to read her blog or commit her private life to memory but what I will say is she's...
Going back to the knives, mine also have Made in China on the box. They do carry the Le Cordon Bleu trademark. It looks like they have a licensing deal with Zwilling JA Henckles to make them. I'm sure they are not their top of the range knives but TBH they are very well made and sharp. I'm so...
If QVC state a third from the sale then I think that's basically as it says, ie sold for £30 so £10 is donated.
It's where you get statements about a third from the profit where it's impossible to know how much/little is going to be donated.
Assuming it's the same product, I ordered the 5 cordon bleu knife set with a set of 3 "free" chopping boards a couple of weeks ago and have to say they are blinking good. Wouldn't pay £200 for them but £50 was a fair price. I think someone on here had used them previously and said they were good...
It will be a shame if you can't get it posted on QVC but it's great for other review sites so not going to go to waste.
Maybe try and tweak it a little just to see if it get's through QVC "quality control/censorship" and maybe take out reference to the previous 1 star review and replace with...
