All of Tarte's foundation and concealer products look too yellow for me, and aren't light enough anyway, so I'd never be able to buy a TSV as it always seems to be in kits.
However, I decided to go for the 4 mini Tarte blush kit...

It is a good price, but QVC's aftercare is useless. For me it's sometimes it's worth paying a bit more from a retailer who offers a longer guarantee, like John Lewis.
Re: Vercella Vita bras - they really are useless if you have a larger bust. I'm a 28GG and wearing one of their bras was not much different to not wearing a bra - your boobs still face downwards!!
I would never in a million years wear one outside the house, but I guess for lounging around in...
