Why would you use music from the previous sh*t-up channels that have now closed. That music was also used on Gems Tv just before it nearly closed down when Steve came to the rescue. Not really good to associate a background music to channels that were in trouble! But i wish the venture well...

Yes i have said this before, the returns policy leaves a lot to be desired and the call centre are never really that interested in helping, more about ticking boxes than solving problems. And as for the refund on postage, it is a joke!

I have had trouble with numerous returns at TJC (all the fault of theirs due to damaged items or incorrect descriptions), they don't seam to want to refund postage when its their fault either unless you fight with the not so helpful call centre after waiting some 10 minutes on an 0845 number...

Its pure greed as to why they are failing, people know other channels charge £2.95 P&P per day with a free phone line. If they had actually kept with the original format they may not be in as much trouble. You only have to look at 123 TV shopping channel in Germany and see how successful that...
