I remember starting a thread on why they would put FAKE stones in 18ct gold and so many people took it as a personal attack. I still don't know why they put fake stones in such precious metals as 18ct gold or platinum.

Why are they so hard to open with the pump action? You cannot read the top of it, you turn it one way then the other and nothing. When you finally get it open it faces sideways or backwards but the pump is never so the bottle is facing front. I don't have this problem with any other...
