Lean Forward are the same people who owned Sit Up Andy Hodgson & Co, the original owners of Bid tv in 2000 not the owners who went bust, sit up was sold to Virgin who sold it on. So Lean Forward are just the same people from original company.

They are not now owned by lean Forward the new bid is owned by Daily Sport's Grant Mille. Lean Forward have no connection to Bid TV they own Wincashlive.

Bizarrely Bid tv twitter says today they will be online during the christmas rush :confused: they are going live end of November by the time they get the first orders out it will be December hardly at the height of the buying season is it, more like last minute rush.

Will Bid be moved out of the graveyard section on here now and will it be renamed Bid tv? Graham?

I think they may have sensibly tried to avoid the Christmas rush and starting slow and careful not going to fast and build the brand again. Trying to get a new channel going and ensuring Christmas delivery etc was not the way to go, seems a sensible approach they are taking.

Bid tv will initally start online and they are looking to be on one broadcast platform in 2016 (persumably Sky) so no Freeview. Think they will struggle without Freeview, Speed Auction suffered for not being on Freeview.

The announcement will be made on November 2nd. So looks like it's all go and will be returning.

Still waiting for the announcement though they have said there maybe so old faces and Mark Ryes says he has sent them his email address if they want to make him an offer.

Anyone else think this Bid tv relaunch has gone on long enough...if it's a hoax or a joke they should just admit it and let the brand die for good.
