I looked into these last year when they had a TSV. None of them get very good reviews and a lot of people complain that they fail shortly out of guarantee and can't be repaired.

You can, but they're on offer in the warehouse until 22nd April, so cheaper to buy in store, and they also have some other styles which aren't available online - a ballet pump style, for example, which I really liked the style of, but they are just hopeless for my needy feet!

The VAX Rapide is a much cheaper model with fewer refinements - the brushes are static, for example, and there's no stair/upholstery cleaning attachment. I did look at the Rapide range, but decided it wasn't suitable for my needs.
