I could grow my nails quite long but I think shorter nails are less ageing especially when you get older. Still look as good with coloured polish imo.

Reviews aren’t great for this set. Lots saying they can’t smell anything much. I got one but I don’t want to open it until I need it and this is still a good value set despite that.

I take a hair, skin and nails supplement. Definitely improved the nails anyway. I used a collagen one for a month, can’t say i noticed the difference.

Elasticizer is one of those products I’d get genuinely mad if it was reformulated. I don’t even have bad hair, straight and fine but lots of it.

I’ve succumbed. Liz Earle reformulated has dreadful reviews . PK is probably one that’s remained good. Going to have to avoid the temptation of the elastizer. Even the shitty bottle hasn’t completely put me off unfortunately. ☹️
