QVC’s return process is very long winded, but you will get a refund, they will have a record of you asking for them to be collected, so once they’ve looked into it, which takes far too long, you will get refunded. Been in the same position as you, but don’t worry, they have to refund you.

I’m using that skin cream now - I quite like it. Skin feels hydrated soft and smooth, wrinkles are better too. They should do a skincare TSV - I’d buy it. Lip balm is good too as well as eye cream.

I quite like the lip balm. I am a lip balm junkie - awlways have to have a lip balm with me, and this is very good, but expensive.

I visit Peony regularly and most of their products are really good and realistic. Sometimes the greenery items are not so good and anything ive ordered direct from Peony is excellent regarding delivery. I think you’ll find the problem is with QVC- I expect they didn’t pass on cancellation...

I agree, I don’t like the look of the brushes either. The unicorn and mermaid ones were pretty, but these look horrible. Can’t imagine they are easy to use either with the very thin handles and big blob on the other end ! They look like they are weighted all wrong for practical use

The auto delivery has sold out, went at about 10am - I rang customer services. If you want the second drop, they are often listed on the web just after being dispatched to those signed up for auto delivery and price is about TSV + £5. So have a look on web around middle of December
