I wonder whether giving up dairy altogether (I still eat cheese) will help my tinnitus as when I have sinus problem / colds it gets much worse. I’ve eaten quite a bit of cheese over Christmas and my tinnitus is much worse !

I used to use LG foundation, but now use Tarte - my favourite foundations are Amazonian clay, shape tape and stick, depending on what coverage I want. As with LG products, all Tarte products are good for the skin, I can’t say that for many other brands

Well, I’m still using some of the original Floracil from before they discontinued it - still works fine. My mother has just finished one of the old shape bottles too - still fine. So it looks like shelf life is many years, but I’m not stocking up st this heavy price
